Accident & Emergency Center services accidental and emergent patients by specialized physician and experienced medical team who are especially expert in emergency, with latest medical equipment and efficient examination, diagnosis, and treatment in 24 hours, examples are as follows:-
- State of traffic accident such as cars and motorcycle can be provided by Act of protecting people injured from car accident without any advance payment 15,000 Thb (BRH co-ordinates in reimbursement)
- State of general accident, for examples, injury from fire, hot water, short circuit, falling, injury and animal’s bite.
- State of surgical emergency, for examples, inflammation of appendix, block in gastro-intestine
- State of internal medicine emergency, for examples, shock, ischaemic heart disease, twitch, gasp for breath, cardiovascular constriction
- State of emergency in children, for examples, high temperature fever, twitch, vomit, diarrhoea, shock (Paediatrician is 24 hours provided)
- Other state of emergency

 Emergency operation team provides prompt emergency service with ambulance inside and outside Rayong, Fast Track System to co-ordinate handling emergent patients for first aid, Mobile ICU with respirators and rescue appliances for patient safety along the transportation to hospital. In addition, Doctor Ambulance and specialized team work are provided with communication appliances to report symptoms found since beginning to the specialist for suggestion and first aid before emergent patient arrival to the hospital.
